Within the scope of your bootcamp application and participation process, the following personal data is processed: your identity information such as name-surname, birth year, and gender; your contact information such as email address and phone number; city information; information regarding your educational and professional background; content you share in the application form; your progress during the training, your grades and certificate information; and profile and project content you voluntarily share on the platform.
This data is processed for the purposes of managing bootcamp application and registration processes, planning and executing educational activities, managing assessment-evaluation and certification processes, ensuring participant communication, providing career development and job placement support, conducting program quality and impact analyses, and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation.
Photographs, videos, and audio recordings that may be taken during physical or online events within the scope of the bootcamp may be used for documentation of educational activities, corporate archiving activities, and promotional/communication efforts.
Your personal data is collected through electronic application forms, digital platforms, communication channels, and bootcamp activities using automatic or partially automatic methods.
Your data is processed based on the following legal grounds under Article 5, paragraph 2 of the KVKK:
The use of photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional and marketing purposes is carried out based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1 of the KVKK.
For participants under the age of 18, personal data is processed based on the explicit consent of the legal guardian.
Your personal data may be shared with instructors, employees, interns, volunteers involved in the program process, business partners, and sponsors, limited to the purposes stated above.
Additionally, data transfers abroad may occur through service providers such as Google within the scope of infrastructure services. These transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request deletion or destruction within the framework of legal conditions; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
In this regard, you may submit your requests to us by using the relevant form in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
